The client is a US independent supplier of medical products and services, existing on the market for 20 years. Besides providing medical supplies, they focus on answering questions about products and insurance. Their focus is on providing their patients and customers with the best products and services.
As a leading provider of medical supplies industry, the Client deals with a high volume of clients on a daily basis, sometimes going over 100 deals daily. Prior to implementing Salesforce, the Client’s sales team was manually reviewing each deal and opportunity to ensure compliance with Client’s requirements for signing a deal. With plans for global expansion, it was clear that this number will double and the manual process of reviewing deals and opportunities will not be feasible anymore and will affect operational efficiency. To address this challenge, the Client needed needed a solution that would automate the process of evaluating deals and opportunities based on specific criteria, would greatly decrease the time needed to submit deals, and would increase efficiency.
The solution we implemented included establishing an automated approval process that uses predefined criteria. By using Salesforce Flows, the process was automated, eliminating the need for manual review, and allowing for a more efficient and streamlined approach.
By using Flows, the client streamlined the process of approving deals/opportunities, thus eliminating manual work and improving enterprise efficiency. This has significantly improved their ability to manage a high volume of deals and opportunities, and has helped them better meet the needs of their clients. Key results included:
