This involved streamlining data entry by customizing Dynamics 365 to insert expense data directly within the platform, automating expense reports for insights into distributor-wise spending, quantity spent, and top spending areas, integrating departmental details for tracking spending by office and department, and enhancing collaboration through shared access to expense data and reports within our marketing team.
