Impel Union is a US-based company, which sales a wide variety of exceptional trucks and trailers to qualified drivers and companies. They work diligently to tailor programs and payment schedules to meet customers’ needs, as well as the wishes of companies and individuals.
Whether the customer is an individual, small or mid-sized company, they offer leasing solutions with terms that can fit into customers’ budget and help improve the total return on their investment.
To add products in the inventory, Impel Union uses Salesforce. All products’ characteristics, price, and pictures are added into Salesforce. To sell the products, Impel Union has implemented a WordPress website. However, the Salesforce system and the WordPress website weren’t connected. This meant that once the products were added to Salesforce, Impel Union had to add them manually on the website. Therefore, Impel Union was losing a lot of time and effort to add products with all their characteristics thus prolonging the time of adding products leading to losing sales.
What Impel Union needed was integration between Salesforce and WordPress. Impel Union adds new products along with their features in Salesforce, and then the data is automatically synchronized with the WordPress website.
