Impel Union uses Salesforce to manage their inventory by adding products with their characteristics. On the other hand, they use WordPress to sell the products. However, the Salesforce system and the WordPress website weren’t connected. This resulted in a manual process of adding products to the website after they were added to Salesforce, leading to a significant loss of time and effort, which ultimately led to lost sales due to lack of system synchronization.
