Meet Spiro Taleski, a SnapLogic expert who has been a part of our ambitious family for over 4 years now. He has been working in the field of integration since the beginning of his career, and in the following blog, you can read more about his career journey and his successful path in integration at ⋮IWConnect.

IWC: Why did you choose integration (SnapLogic)?

Combining different elements to form a unified whole, particularly with a reputable integration platform like SnapLogic, known for its ease of use, scalability, and flexibility, sparked my interest in delving deeper into the IT sphere as an Integration Developer. It presents an opportunity to learn various technologies and systems while working in this role.

IWC: Can you briefly describe your path to becoming part of integration?

During my final year of studies at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, ⋮IWConnect, in collaboration with the faculty, was searching for interns to learn SnapLogic. Although I had little knowledge about Integration or SnapLogic at the time, I wanted to join a company that would allow me to explore new technologies and work with experienced professionals. I applied and was fortunate enough to be accepted into the intern program. I had the privilege of working with amazing mentors who guided me through the challenges of learning SnapLogic. After three months as an intern, I was invited for an interview, and here I am, four years later, proud to be part of the same company that prioritizes employee growth and development. I currently work as a SnapLogic Integration Developer/Technical Consultant and Team Lead on a project, maintaining the same passion and enthusiasm as my first day at ⋮IWConnect.

IWC: Let’s talk about the challenges you have successfully overcome during your career. What about successes?

As an Integration Developer, challenges are a constant presence in our daily work. Each client brings unique technologies and “problems” that require creativity, problem-solving skills, and an adaptive approach to find the best solutions. Collaboration with diverse teams and individuals from various cultures often pushes us outside our comfort zones.

Personally, I choose to view challenges from a positive perspective, as they push us to stay alert and continually strive for improvement, which is vital for achieving success. It’s worth mentioning that hard work always pays off.

IWC: What is the most important lesson you have learned during your time at ⋮IWConnect?

The most valuable lesson I have learned is that with hard work and determination, you have the power to achieve anything you set your mind to. However, what makes it even more valuable is the knowledge that you are not alone in this process and can always rely on the support of your ⋮IWConnect family.

IWC: If you were asked to explain integration to a 5-year-old child, how would you do it?

Integration is like putting together puzzle pieces that don’t fit. With integration, you can connect them and create a complete picture.

IWC: What is the most interesting thing about integration?

The most fascinating aspect of integration is how it enables different software systems and applications to communicate and work seamlessly together, creating a unified and efficient infrastructure. Integration is an ever-evolving field, and as new technologies and applications emerge, the need for seamless integration becomes increasingly important. Integration is a key driver of innovation and growth in the years to come.

IWC: Make a correlation between integration and development.

Integration and development are closely intertwined processes. Just as development involves writing code to create software applications, integration involves writing code to connect different parts of a system. Both require creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to see the bigger picture while focusing on the details.
