Keeping Our Spirit and Mindset Positive

07 Apr, 2020 | 5 minutes read

When posed with challenges and uncertain times, people usually tend to think about all the negative that could come up of a situation, and are listening only to negative news. We know for sure that this influences our spirit and mindset, sometimes making us not even able to think and act clearly.

Coronavirus situation and work-from-home preventive measures have made the face-to-face interaction hard and have challenged us to find new ways to at least substitute it with something that will be close to what we experienced each day while working in the offices. Sharing morning thoughts, jokes and conversations have been limited to using Skype and other tools for online communication. But, how can we make the most of this situation?

We have come up with a way to keep the positive spirit among us up – we have created a Skype group conversation including all our employees where each day we post a question related to some positive emotion. The person that wants to answer the question is allowed to do it, even multiple times during the days. We believe that this is one way of reminding us of the good and positive things that happen, and when we share it with our closest – family, relatives, friends, colleagues – the degree of positivity just increases. Following several questions with some of the answers:
