Do we have to mention that men and women are equal? Maybe we would have to mention it, but luckily for us at ⋮IW we don’t have to! Many companies are still male-dominated, raising ongoing gender equality issues. Is this still relevant?
I don’t focus on it because, in employer branding, employee engagement, promotion, or recognition, we focus equally on all employees. At ⋮IWConnect, everyone is treated equally, as it should be today. Each person has the support and opportunity to progress in their career, with equal chances of employment. Rewards and bonuses depend solely on performance.
We strongly support our colleagues during motherhood, childbirth, and early child-rearing. We create conditions where every woman feels comfortable planning and living her professional and private life. The most important thing is to maintain a balance.
Currently, over 35% of our employees are women, surpassing both global and local averages. We aim to increase this to 50% in the coming years. We continually work to increase the number of women in managerial roles, currently at 40%. We follow global trends and strive for complete gender equality, aiming for equal numbers of male and female employees.
We have a constant tendency to increase the number of women in managerial functions (40% to be exact). In this section, we follow world trends. We are aware that we have a little more to work on and do our best to have complete equality between men and women, at least, the number of male and female employees to be equal. 🙂 Therefore, we follow the principles of equity at ⋮IW, we concentrate on our work and put focus to get the best out of us and our colleagues.
Anything that we emphasize too much becomes something that takes our time away, time that we do not have…
