Ljupcho is a Technical Consultant in ⋮IWConnect and he is part of our SnapLogic team. He joined ⋮IWConnect in June 2017 and in 2019 he moved to another company. After working for a while there, he decided to return to ⋮IWConnect, and now he is again part of our team. We are happy to have Ljupcho again with us, and we wanted to ask him why he decided to return to ⋮IWConnect and continue building his career as part of our team.
My career path began as a teacher, and after a while, I switched to the banking industry. I wasn’t feeling fulfilled working on those positions, and I decided to transfer to IT. Four years ago, I got out of my comfort zone and started working in the field of integration, i.e. SnapLogic. I am really happy about the choice that I have made as it made me develop personally and professionally a lot.
There was a point in my life when I decided to move to another company and try something else. I did that, but I knew I had the doors open to come back again to ⋮IWConnect. Working for a while in the other company, I have come to realize that I miss the feeling of belonging to a family-like culture. I missed the place where everyone has your back, where you always have someone to ask if you need some help and someone to lean on. I missed the friendly but growth-oriented atmosphere. In addition, working on one of the world’s most popular integration platforms, SnapLogic, gives me confidence that I have a lot to learn and the best is yet to come. Thus, I decided to return to ⋮IWConnect.
When you know that you can always count on someone at any time, and when you have faith in the company where you work, in its processes, stability, and vision, you will be fulfilled and happy. Being part of a company that values flexibility and enables me to have time outside work is another thing I value a lot. Balancing work and life is easy at ⋮IWConnect and I can always go biking, be with my family or just relax in nature.
I am already 3 months here, and I can proudly say that I am really happy that ⋮IWConnect believed in me and I got reconnected with my old buddies. Can’t wait to see what the future holds, but I am sure that it will involve cutting-edge technologies, growth, and endless opportunities to progress.
