Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline the file migration process. The RPA bot was programmed to automatically log into the website, retrieve tax files from the respective website, and then upload them to the corresponding employee profiles on HRIS.
The RPA Process Flow
- Automated Data Retrieval: The RPA bot will log into the respective website, navigate through each client’s records, and download tax files.
- Data Organization: The bot will consolidate data into a single Excel file, merge relevant data, and save tax files as separate PDF files.
- Naming Convention: The bot will rename files following a predefined format, ensuring consistency and easy identification.
- Data Import: The RPA bot will log into HRIS and import the consolidated tax files into the appropriate forms.
- File Storage: The tax files will be stored in the App server under specific Client/Assets folders.
- Access Enablement: A script will be executed per employee to enable access to tax files in HRIS.
