Some people change jobs every few years. Others find a place where they can grow, contribute, and shape the future, and they stay. Dimitar Boshevski is one of those people. With over 15 years at ⋮IWConnect, he has been part of the company’s evolution from a 50-person team to a recognized technology partner across USA and Europe. In this conversation, Dimitar reflects on what drew him to ⋮IWConnect, the projects that defined his career, and what it takes to build something that lasts.
What made you join ⋮IWConnect?
When I joined ⋮IWConnect, it was an ambitious company with around 50 people. I liked the fact that things were not fully defined yet. There was room to learn, experiment, and actually influence how things are done. It didn’t feel like “just another job” – it felt like a place where effort, curiosity, and responsibility really mattered from day one.

Do you remember the first team and the first project you worked on?
Yes, very clearly. My first major project was for Broadcom, working on a .NET-based framework for Oracle CRM OnDemand integrations. The project focused on building an extensible integration framework around Oracle’s Web Services and WSDL definitions, allowing different systems to interact with Oracle CRM in a structured and scalable way.
It was quite complex, very technical, and a big learning experience. I worked closely with a small but strong team, and it really set the tone for how I approached architecture, clean design, and long-term maintainability.
Which project is your favorite?
It’s hard to pick just one, but the projects where we combined solid engineering with real business impact stand out the most. More recently, introducing AI into our solutions and seeing how it changes the way teams work has been especially rewarding. Not just from a technical point of view, but from the perspective of helping clients solve real problems in smarter ways.
What is the one thing that kept you part of ⋮IWConnect for so long?
Trust and growth. I was given the freedom to grow, to make decisions, and to take ownership. Over the years, my role evolved together with the company, and that’s rare. ⋮IWConnect never stood still, and neither did I. That shared mindset of continuous improvement and long-term thinking is what kept me here for more than 15 years.
