IWC: How did your career start and evolve in ⋮IWConnect?
I graduated from college full of enthusiasm, knowing one thing for sure: I wanted a career in IT. I considered pursuing a master’s degree first, but a friend mentioned an open position at ⋮IWConnect (then Intersoft Consulting). I decided to apply and postpone my studies. The professional and intensive training made me feel that this company could provide the career I wanted. So, here I am now.
IWC: You are celebrating 15 years as part of ⋮IWConnect. How was this journey for you?
Although 15 years have passed quickly, it has been an incredible journey. I was fortunate to start working for a fast-growing company and alongside the right people. My career journey here includes constant growth and opportunities to evolve, which have helped me become the professional I am today.
IWC: Can you please share a story about something that you consider the worst failure?
Over the past 15 years, there have been ups and downs, but I remain here because I believe in this company. I’ve learned several valuable lessons:
- Always look at the long-term win.
- See everything as an opportunity.
- Value yourself and respect others.
I’m fortunate to work at a company that allows mistakes as part of the learning process. This acceptance has been crucial in my growth and evolution.
IWC: What is one thing that kept you part of ⋮IWConnect for so long?
The pleasant working environment and the people I work with have kept me here. I was lucky to work alongside colleagues who have become friends. Combined with the opportunity to constantly grow and learn something new, the great working atmosphere and excellent work conditions keep me motivated and engaged.
