Overview & Challenge
For a company to be successful, it needs to be effective, and effectiveness relates to the day to day tasks that every employee is doing and the effectiveness of the management dealing with issues that arise within the workplace. In order for our client to be more effective and even more successful in general, we provided a solution for one of the processes that were the main bottleneck for their effectiveness. In this process, they were spending a lot of time, resources, and money to make it functional.
The problem for our client, working in the financial sector, was the manner in which the invoices were loaded for processing into their system.
Solution
In order to make the process as easy and efficient as possible, we proposed and later on, applied a solution with which all the invoice-related files were sent to one email address and the invoice file was generated in PDF format. The solution included an algorithm that automated the entire process and after employing it each invoice was generated in a format suitable for the current system.
