Aneta Trajkovska
What’s the most memorable SnapLogic issue you’ve resolved, and how did it challenge you?
Aneta: As most memorable I can share a complex data integration problem between multiple systems with a duplicate data problem. The challenge required a deep investigation into both the pipeline logic and the server-side systems supplying data. This experience reinforced the importance of end-to-end troubleshooting in complex systems and robust data validation in ensuring data integrity. This issue challenged me by requiring a multifaceted approach to troubleshooting, as the problem was not immediately visible within the SnapLogic pipeline itself. Balancing the technical investigation with effective communication between teams was crucial, as it involved aligning the root cause and coordinating changes without disrupting production. It pushed me to enhance problem-solving skills under tight deadline.
If you could travel anywhere in the world for a week, where would you go and why?
Aneta: If I could travel anywhere in the world for a week, I’d choose a Caribbean island, such as Barbados or the Bahamas. The Caribbean offers stunning white-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a laid-back atmosphere perfect for relaxation. I’d enjoy the vibrant local culture, indulge in fresh seafood and explore the tropical landscapes.
What’s a common automation issue you’ve encountered, and what’s your go-to strategy for resolving it?
Martina: A common automation issue I’ve encountered is the lack of proper error handling in the automated processes. The first steps I take to address this is to implement extensive logging and exception handling. By logging every step and capturing detailed error messages, I can easily track down where the failure occurred. Additionally, I implement retries for intermittent errors to ensure seamless workflow.
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day of problem-solving?
Martina: My favorite way to unwind is by enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and spending time with the people I care about and have fun with.

Stefche Ristevski
What’s one unexpected lesson you’ve learned from monitoring critical systems?
Stefche: One of the most surprising and valuable lessons I learned from a significant systems audit was the importance of not overlooking even the smallest details. Paying attention to these little details can make all the difference. Small information or the tiniest detail can help you solve the biggest problem.
If you could live in any era of history, which one would it be and why?
Stefche: The 1960s look like a fun time. So, I might pick to live in that time. If I were in the 60s, I’d see the great music of stars like The Rolling Stones, The Doors, and more. Think about driving a cool, new 1965 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 to an Elvis Presley show. Now that’s a cool vibe!
What’s the most surprising insight you’ve ever helped a client uncover using Splunk?
Mihaela: One of the most surprising insights I helped a client uncover using Splunk was identifying the presence of invalid characters in their invoices, which were causing automatic processing failures. By further analyzing the invoices, we traced the issue to specific special characters in customer information that the system couldn’t handle. This led to the client cleaning up their data inputs and implementing validation checks, significantly reducing invoice errors and improving the overall accuracy and efficiency of their billing process. The insight was surprising because something as seemingly minor as special characters was causing such significant operational disruptions.
If you could instantly become an expert in any non-technical skill, what would it be?
Mihaela: It would be emotional intelligence. Recognizing, understanding, and managing your own emotions, as well as the feelings of others helps to communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships, manage conflicts better, improve decision-making, and contribute to both personal and professional success.

Nikola Popovski
What’s one tool or feature you’d love to see added to make your support work easier?
Nikola: One tool I’d love to see added to streamline IT support across multiple projects is an AI-powered project management assistant. This tool would use AI to analyze ongoing issues and support tickets across various projects, automatically categorizing them, predicting common problems.
What’s your favorite book, movie, or TV show that inspires you outside of work?
Nikola: One TV show that truly inspires me outside of work is The Resident. Ability to navigate complex challenges, think creatively, and maintain compassion even in the most difficult situations. This blend of problem-solving and empathy is not limited to medicine it is essential in every profession.
What’s been the most rewarding part of supporting integration systems at IWConnect?
Antonio: What I find most rewarding is how every project brings a new challenge and an opportunity to learn. Every project is a puzzle, and figuring out how to make everything fit together teaches me something new each time.
What’s one hobby or activity you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet?
Antonio: That would have to be either skiing or snowboarding.
