We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team. As a skilled and proactive individual, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to enhance our ⋮IWCоnnect Family and cultivate our unique culture. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain the industry’s finest talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full- cycle of the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, resume screening, interviewing, assessing candidate qualifications and suitability for each opportunity, up to offer acceptance and onboarding;
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gain a better understanding of roles, responsibilities, and requirements, in order to attract the most suitable candidates;
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, such as job postings, social media, the internal database of candidates, and networking events;
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs and ensure the hiring of candidates with the necessary competencies and experience;
  • Develop and maintain a pool of candidates for various positions within the organization;
  • Ensure a unique candidate experience;
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company brand and attract talent;
  • Ensure the successful onboarding of new hires;
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics and make recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (ideally as an IT recruiter);
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles would be an advantage;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, with experience in sourcing and hunting hard-to-attract talent;
  • Proven track record of success in the full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Experience with various interviewing techniques;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology developments;
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
