Responsibilities

  • Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining and updating records and databases
  • Handling correspondence and responding to emails
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Handling general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Working with highly sensitive and confidential information and documents
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Supporting other departments as needed
  • Communication with legal and accounting and handling contracts, terms, and conditions etc.
  • Communication with Dutch authorities with respective questions from our international departments

Technical Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • General knowledge of Dutch laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle correspondence with local institutions
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
