Our sales team is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for representing ⋮IWConnect in front of clients and teams in Europe and USA.

Your Responsibilities

  • Professionally representing ⋮IWConnect, our expertise, experience, and ability to deliver solutions in front of customers
  • Identifying future clients and establishing credibility with the target customers through conducting business according to the vision, mission, values ​​, and ⋮IWConnect strategies
  • Negotiating contracts, and preparation and submission of sales agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW) and continuous negotiation with the client on the terms of the contracts
  • Establishing long-term relationships and partnerships with potential customers, increasing the volume of sales among already existing customers
  • Planning and cooperation with practice managers and the marketing department for creating strategies, presentations, and sales proposals for a specific market, industry, and client
  • Providing customer care about the expected delivery schedule, service agreements, warranties, or other information relating to purchased products/services
  • Proactive involvement to achieve the financial targets of the company
  • Analyzing information, preparing reports, evaluating sales results, and regular communication with the team
  • Dealing with complaints, resolving misunderstandings, preventing injustices and conflicts, initiating communication between partners and the customer, or negotiating otherwise

Key Skills

  • Consulting experience in sales with extensive knowledge of sales LinkedIn module
  • Proven experience in working in IT Industry
  • High professional level of knowledge of English language (oral and written)
  • Extensive mid-to-high level face-to-face sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and the ability to simultaneously perform multiple activities on a large territory
  • Ability to clearly express needs or problems which arise from the work itself and to recognize clear solutions for such problems
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong competitive spirit, positive, constant need to be led by the results achieved
  • Adequate problem-solving and high-level analytical skills of analytical rigor
  • Participation in knowledge transfer
  • Willingness and desire to travel when necessary
