Our DevOps & Support team is looking for an Application Operations Engineer to support our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 24/7 client support;
  • Monitoring customer application issues;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • Providing and improving solutions;
  • Working closely with internal client teams;
  • Analysis and problem identification.

Technical skills:

  • Experience with some monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Data Dog, Grafana, CloudWatch, Kibana, etc.);
  • Solid understanding and interactions with Web Services (REST and SOAP);
  • Reading and understanding configuration languages (JSON, Yaml, XML, etc.);
  • Basic understanding of testing tools (JMeter, Selenium);
  • Solid understanding and interactions with different types of databases (relation and non-relational databases);
  • Solid understanding of Network, Security, and Protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, SSH, port forwarding);
  • Basic knowledge of Web servers (IIS/Apache/Tomcat/Nginx);
  • Understanding some of the ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira);
  • Experience in writing scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python);
  • Good understanding of Cloud-native services (network, storage, serverless, EKS, ECS).
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Disciplined, responsible, reliable person;
  • Comfortable in working with a team as well as independently;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic;
  • Interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and simplification.
