Celebrating 15 years in a company is a remarkable achievement. Think of all the milestones, successful projects, satisfied clients, friendships made and memories created. It is more than a job. It is about the process of becoming an invaluable asset and propelling the company toward success. To honor this fabulous number we are featuring the five employees celebrating their anniversaries in a section that highlights their journey so far, and most importantly what kept them in the company for so long. In the following blog post we are featuring Blagoj Trajkovski, our Integration Business Unit Manager.
Can you describe your first working day at ⋮IWConnect?
My first day at the company was a mix of emotions, although I cannot recall all the details. On one hand, I was amazed at how welcoming and friendly my colleagues were, which made the transition into the new role much smoother. On the other hand, I was also feeling excited and a little awed by the amount of knowledge and skills I had yet to learn. Despite being a bit overwhelmed, I was eager to dive in and start contributing to the team. The atmosphere was very supportive, and I quickly realized that I had made the right choice in joining the company.
Overall, my first day was a positive and memorable experience, and it set the tone for the rest of my time at the company. I am grateful for the warm welcome I received and am proud to have been a part of such a talented and dedicated team.
Do you remember your first team? Did you ever imagine that the company would get so big?
Of course, I remember my first team. It was comprised of highly motivated and talented individuals who made the experience of working at the company very enjoyable. Despite the challenges we faced, we always found a way to work together and get the job done. I learned a lot from my colleagues, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside them.
When I first joined ⋮IWConnect 15 years ago, I could not have predicted the tremendous growth and success it would experience over the years. However, looking back at the company’s track record and its current position, I am confident that ⋮IWConnect is a fast-growing company that has achieved a great deal in a relatively short amount of time. One of the key indicators of this growth is the company’s ability to attract and retain large international clients, who have put their trust in ⋮IWConnect to deliver quality solutions. I have been consistently impressed by the company’s ability to adapt and evolve with the changing market and technological landscape. The company’s focus on innovation, combined with its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, has allowed it to stay ahead of the competition and maintain its position as a leader in the industry.
So, today I am more confident, and I can even say that I know that ⋮IWConnect will continue to grow and achieve even greater success in the years to come.
Share your proudest moment in the past 15 years.
Certainly, there are many and I wouldn’t pick just one, but rather mention the opportunity to mentor colleagues and help shape their careers. Seeing them grow and develop their skills over time was incredibly fulfilling, and it was an honor to be a part of their professional journey. Providing guidance on technical and soft skills, connecting them with relevant resources and opportunities, and encouraging them to take on new challenges, have always been gratifying experiences. Seeing such people succeed and move on to bigger and better things, knowing that I had a positive impact on their careers is always a happy memory that elicits positive feelings.
What is one thing that kept you part of ⋮IWConnect for so long?
⋮IWConnect has offered me a unique and dynamic environment where I’ve been able to grow and evolve both personally and professionally. One of the primary reasons I’ve stayed with the company is because of the vast opportunities for professional growth. Over the years, I’ve been given the chance to take on different positions within the company, each offering its own set of challenges and opportunities for learning.
For example, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own specific requirements and needs. This has exposed me to a wide range of problems and solutions across many different industries and has allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set that has been invaluable in my career. Additionally, the company’s commitment to professional development has also been a key factor in my decision to stay. There are just so many training and development opportunities, encouraging employees to continuously improve and advance their careers.
Another factor that has kept me at the company is the supportive work environment and dedicated team. I’ve had the privilege of working with some truly talented and motivated individuals over the years, and the collaboration and support we’ve provided each other has made coming to work a positive and enjoyable experience.
All of these factors combined have made my time at ⋮IWConnect incredibly rewarding and fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing to grow and evolve as a professional with the company in the coming years.
